Building relationships with the younger generation

Building relationships with the younger generation

Recently, I was participating in a discussion on mentoring the youth and it occurred to those present that reaching out to the younger generation will require the ‘older’ ones to find a way of getting down to their level of thinking in order to build a rapport and understand them better.
